Why Animals Are Better Than Having Kids: Car Rides

On any day, and driving anywhere, I would rather tote my 5 dogs around (the 2 small ones where not in this picture), than my 2 screaming, arguing children.

How many of you have animals that are more behaved on car rides than your children are?

I want to hear your stories, good or bad. Funny or sad. Share with me about what you’ve been through and how you can compare your animals to your children.

We all love our children to the moon and back. But, there is no denying why our animals hold a special place in our heart, and are sometimes easier to raise than children.

  1. Yes! I do! My kids drive me crazy. My daughter likes to babble and kick while my son talks my ears off. My cat is an absolute angel. She loves to travel. She’ll just curl up in her blanket in her carrier and take a nap. She doesn’t move or make a peep until the vet tries to get her out! Kids can learn so much from their furry siblings.
